Quick question for you: Are you a nosey driver?
Tell the truth.
Do you look over into other cars to see who's in there and what they are doing?…Even if it's not a fancy car like a ferrari or lamborghini?
I ask because I have done a lot of long-distance driving lately and I don't know why, but I keep looking over at other people.
Maybe I'm trying to be more aware of my surroundings or I'm looking to see if I know the person driving, but I don't know.
I know several people who consistently keep their eyes straight ahead while their driving and, even when I have been in my car driving right next to them with my hand waving, they never saw me. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
Anyway, there have been times that I have tried to stay focused on only what was in front of me, but inevitably, I end up looking over and then sometimes having that awkward feeling when they look back at me and I hurriedly look away.
My next challenge for myself will be to make a concerted effort to put an end to this habit since I don't believe it is helpful…or is it?
Questions: Do you keep your eyes glued straight ahead in the car or do you tend to look over at others most of the time? Do you think it is a problem?
